Returns & Refunds Policy

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order only before it has been shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged.

Returns for Damaged Items

We accept returns only if the item arrives damaged. If your product is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

To request a return for a damaged item, you must notify us by email with a clear statement and supporting evidence (such as photos):

We will review your claim and provide return instructions if the item qualifies.

Refunds

If your damaged item is approved for return, we will issue a refund within 30 days of receiving the returned goods.
Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the order.
No fees will be charged for the refund itself.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return (for damaged items only), please ensure:

  • The goods were received within the last 30 days

  • All items are returned in original packaging and original condition

  • All accessories, inserts, and components must be included

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Goods that cannot be returned due to their nature (e.g., perishable, expired, rapidly degrading items)

  • Goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons that were opened or unsealed

  • Items that have been altered, used, or mixed inseparably with other products after delivery

We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service.
We cannot issue a refund without receiving the returned goods or acceptable proof of delivery.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return after the product is received.

  • If the item was not marked as a gift, or the giver had it shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
